.TBoss, (Tokunbo Ajayi) the second runner-up at the just concluded Big Brother Naija house has reacted to her controversial National Anthem flop in the house.
But during a media tour interview after her return to Nigeria, TBoss explains the reason for her outburst after she felt fellow ex-housemate, Debie-Rise had put her on the spot by asking her to recite the anthem during a truth and dare game. Insisting that she can totally recite the national anthem, she said:
“With the National anthem thing, I do know the National anthem.  But it’s just that I missed it.
“I was under pressure and tired because the whole day, we [were] in the sun, talking. It was a very emotional day and I was really drained. I had a meltdown and it was very very justified. I just wanted to go home. I had seen my family and it was like ‘please.’
“I missed it. That was just what happened. I did feel like I was put on the spot because I kind of signaled her, but, she didn’t get it. She really didn’t get it. It was an honest mistake on her part.”..
Tboss, however, clarified that she had a conversation with Debie-Rise adding that they are currently cool with each other.

On the controversial comment where she mentioned that she could spend 25 million in a week, TBoss insists she doesn’t regret the statement.
Recall that after a heated argument with Bisola on March 14, 2017, TBoss had told Efe that she has wealthy men with private jets hitting on her. Her comments caused a serious buzz on social media.
When asked if she thought that comment affected her chances of winning, TBoss stated that she is happy with the winner and if she lost the prize money because of the comment, then ‘such is life.’ Hear her:


“People will always have opinions. To be honest, I don’t know why people loved me enough to keep me there seven times that they put me up for possible eviction.
“But, I still stand by that. With the debts I have, that money go finish. At the end of the day, I may end up not having One million.”
Giving examples of the many needs she could expend the money on, TBoss explains that she would not have anything for herself.

“Please, I hope to have one handbag for myself, one nice handbag for myself, give my mum, send some money to my dad, start up projects; we have so many pet projects that I want to do, the money is gone.

“Am I gonna buy makeup or drink it away? No! I have Godchildren. Also, I made a promise, I have this lady, she is a widow, she is very special to me. And I really want to help her send her children to school.
“The money don finish. I’m sorry, but, I don’t regret that comment. If that made me not win, such is life. I’m happy with the winner.”

On why she bared her breast for the cameras while in the show, Tboss revealed that it was part of her to strip naked while taking her bath. Clarifying the issue, she said:
“The Big Brother house was a place where I was myself. At home I don’t shower with my clothes on. Stripping naked had become normal to me because usually, in my house, I just walk around naked.”


T-boss said she never knew that exposing her breasts would cause a lot of drama on social media, adding that it wasn’t until she returned that her father sent her the viral screenshot that earned her so much criticism.

“He actually did a [snapshot]. He just sent me a picture of myself, and I was like, Oh, Lord!”
